Experienced and skilled support and repair team successfully solves even the "impossible"

Prinsis employs five experts working in the technical support and repair services; two of them have an university degree in electrical engineering, the other three are electrical technicians. The support and repair team covers the entire area of reliable supply (DEA, UPS and DC supply and corresponding low voltage distributions). Prinsis provides the support and repair team with continuous training which takes place at its customers and suppliers on the one hand and with self-education on the other hand.


Spare parts are supplied as soon as possible
  • Prinsis has well organized lines of communications and good relationships with all its suppliers allowing it to supply spare parts as soon as possible.
  • Prinsis has organized warehousing for parts needed for the immediate repair of its devices that are installed across Slovenia.
  • Prinsis has an information system that supports the purchase and manages the stock of spare parts needed by the repair team. Prinsis has established processes for the fast delivery of spare parts directly from the equipment manufacturers (FG Wilson, CTM, Masterguard, Aros, Eltek, Valere, etc.)
